Autumnleaf Group, Inc. was formed in 2005 and has endeavored to establish itself as a responsive home and community-based social service agency serving children, parents, families, couples and adults.  The vision of our leadership is to be responsive to the needs of our community and the metropolitan area by effectively meeting the needs of our clients.  

Our Clinical Director, Kathleen G. Moss, LCSW along with our clinical staff are well-trained as well as receive ongoing professional development and thereby possess extensive knowledge and experience. Our team is comprised of full and part-time employees as well as independent contractors and are some of the most caring professionals in the field of social work.  Please review our staff profile section to learn more about our key members.   Collectively, under the leadership of our Chief Executive Officer, we share a deep commitment to advocacy as well as raising awareness by educating the community and other helping professionals.    

We also count it an honor to host area graduate students pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work for a year-long clinical internship where they have an opportunity to practice and strengthen their social work skills.
